Quotes and how it works

Quotes will be based on a fixed rate of $60/hr for 2D drafting, and $80/hr for 3D rendering.

A 30% deposit is required at the time of accepting the quote, and remaining balance due at completion. Any unused hours will be discounted from the remaining balance.

Communication is very important in the early the stages of any quotation. The more information you are able to supply us at the beginning, the better. We can draft plans or create models from just about anything, but a lack of information such as dimensions, scale, colours, or textures will have an effect on timelines and cost. Quotes will be based on several factors which include:

• Quality and number of plans supplied

• Size of the project

• Block/ land survey plans

• Type of furnishing required

• Rendering time

• Video length

• Number and location of 3D stills

• Specialised requests

Getting a free quote is simple, fill out our form on the contacts page or directly email Steven at steven@onepeacedesign.com. Supply as much information as you can making sure you cover everything listed above. You will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours with a dropbox link where you can supply all plans, drawings and master schedules (PDFs are preferred). Once the plans have been received and reviewed you will receive an email with your quote. The entire process from enquiry to receiving your quote will take no longer than 3 business days if no additional information is required.

Products

One Peace Design offers:

• Internal still renders (Highlighting interior rooms/ areas of interest)

• External still renders (Highlighting exterior facade, and streetscapes)

• Complete 3D walk-through (Seamless walk-through of the entire project, entering each room/area)

• Marketing 3D walk-through (Highlights specified rooms/ areas, skipping past hallways/ corridors)

• Professional Drafting (Plans required for all stages from Concept through to Working Drawings)

Required information

When supplying information for a quote, please ensure you add:

• Any sketches or drawings already completed (Everything is useful)

• Project information such as size, number of storeys, textures, colours, furnishings, fixture types, block/ land contours

• Where and how the images/ videos will be used

• Any timeline restraints

• Project location (Not required but will help with sun positioning)

• Any special requirements
